My body was still recovering from the Wednesday workout.. And I had to push myself a lot to go to cross fit uffda.

Workout Regime :

Mobility bands resistance training Warm up

2 Sets of 3 different types of Band Movements

  1. Movement 1 Pull R band to the front, hold for 2 seconds and move it back
  2. Movement 2 cross arm movements with the R band on either side
  3. Movement 3 Pull R band to the front, flip both hands up, then down and return

Rope climbing

4 Sets of the following

  1. Lift body from the floor and lie flat, lift yourself from the floor
  2. 15 Crunches
  3. 10 Pushup s
