Crossfit workout #5
Weather: Cold
My body was still recovering from the Wednesday workout.. And I had to push myself a lot to go to cross fit uffda.
Workout Regime :
Mobility bands resistance training Warm up
2 Sets of 3 different types of Band Movements
- Movement 1 Pull R band to the front, hold for 2 seconds and move it back
- Movement 2 cross arm movements with the R band on either side
- Movement 3 Pull R band to the front, flip both hands up, then down and return
Rope climbing
4 Sets of the following
- Lift body from the floor and lie flat, lift yourself from the floor
- 15 Crunches
- 10 Pushup s
